My Muffin

Sausage McMuffins are so good. I don’t know if that’s real sausage or how they get that egg to fit so perfectly on that english muffin. It’s chewy and salty, greasy and cheesy.

…and let’s not forget how portable and convenient they are! It’s made for eating while driving.

Yes, I can appreciate all of that.

However, I do not need to eat McMuffins. Nope, I really don’t.

But I’m committed to eating breakfast and that generally does happen in my car on my commute so I look to the McMuffin for inspiration only. I made myself something equally portable but not nearly as greasy and salty.
