How to keep your resolution

Okay,

This is the first full week in the new year and whether you set a goal, or called it a resolution, a theme or a change – we have to take another step.

We can’t seriously move further without it. I mean, we need to take a little time now to get a lot of results later.

I’m right here with you on this one. I’m talking about writing down the goal and then making a step-by-step action plan.

Because, it’s alright to say, “I want to lose 30 lbs this year” but it’s even better to write that goal down in the affirmative, “I WILL lose 30 lbs this year” and it becomes the best goal ever when we create a plan for how we’re going to do it.

Whatever it is that we are doing, we must map it out. Think about your goal. Now, how are you going to get it done?

I realized that I needed to change my strategy if I intend to change my results. I posted last week that I want to “Stay Bloggin” this year. And I’ve always wanted to be more consistent here, but I’ve never had a plan, just good intentions.

My plan is to plan out my posts, create an editorial calendar of my own and push forward. What will you do to stick to your goal?
