Good news and bad news, gang.
The bad news first: I’ve been eating potato chips for dinner this week. I fault the grocery store for that Buy-One-Get-One-Free special on Lay’s.
What was I to do?
Now for the Good news: I’m a personal chef! 
 
I completed the training February 26 and have been working day and night balancing my day job and getting my personal chef business off the ground. That explains the potato chip dinners and the recent posts, or lack thereof. But next week it’s back to business as usual.
