Why am I doing this to myself just before bed? Just looking at this picture makes me want to run out and buy some more steak and do it all over again. But I can’t. I won’t! Rosemary, Garlic Chicken
Rustic. That’s a good way to describe food when it’s not fancy. When it’s more practical than pretty, like these chicken quarters. No fuss, just chicken in a cast iron skillet. Add crushed garlic cloves, some rosemary, salt and olive oil.
