Homemade Granola
I’m excited. I made granola. It was easy. #excited
I will do it again.
Trust me, if you try it, you’ll probably want to do it again too.
You get to customize yours however you’d like and you get to cut the mystery ingredients that are in the packaged stuff. It’s crispy and so fresh, unlike any store bought granola I’ve ever tried.
Here’s how to do it.

Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- ½ cup almonds
- ⅓ cup of coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp melted butter (note you can use coconut oil or something lighter if you'd like)
- 1 tbsp light brown sugar
Instructions
- Place your dry ingredients in a bowl and combine (oats, almonds, sugar, flakes) Then pour the melted butter over the mix and combine until everything is moistened. Place on a cookie sheet. Spread the mix out evenly. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes or until you see the oats darken. Enjoy
