I don’t know who invented the S’more, but tonight I’m kinda glad about it. I like to make them indoors this time of year. It’s too cold outside!
Plus, I’m not trying to build a fire when I can make a perfectly good flame with my gas stovetop. After the girls went to bed, I made two. Then, I ate them. Quietly. Alone. That’s a good night and I’m grateful for it.
