Chicken Wings (Baked)
I wanted some friend chicken wings the other night. But, since frying is a rare occurrence in my house, I didn’t have any grease. I could have gone to Kroger to buy some more, but I couldn’t justify making a special trip for the artery clogger.
I had to improvise. I chose instead to season the wings really well with lemon pepper and broil them in the oven until the skin was crisp. Not fried, but still tasty.
Ingredients
Chicken Wings
OIive Oil
Garlic Powder
Lemon Pepper
1. Create marinade with olive oil as a base, add other spices to taste
2. Place wings in bowl with marinade and toss
3. Allow wings to sit for at least 30 minutes
4. Place chicken in baking dish and cook for 10 to 15 minutes on each side
