Crab Artichoke Dip
8 oz. Lump Crab Meat
6 oz. Artichoke Hearts
4 oz. Sour Cream
8 oz. Cream Cheese
5 oz. Parmesan Cheese (shredded)
1 Red Pepper (chopped)
1/2 Onion (chopped)
Old Bay Seasoning
Garlic Powder
Cayenne Pepper
Lemon Juice
1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Sauté red pepper and onion in olive oil until onions are transparent
- In a bowl, combine red pepper, onions and softened cream cheese and sour cream
- Mix together until smooth
- Add garlic powder, Old Bay, cayenne and lemon juice to taste
- Fold in crab meat, artichoke hearts and parmesan
- Place in baking dish and top with cheese
- Cook for 25-30 minutes until heated through
- Eat it up!

I am loving the blog Chaundra and the crab dip.. yes ma’am all over it. Funny how you explain the intro to grits as a northerner.. it is out of obligation of your parents southern roots. I remember our first question as little girls “What is a grit?!” .. LOL ! Now it’s an addiction.. cheese grits, grits with shrimp.. grit fritters, a staple in my kitchen cabinet !
